Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include shipping, handling or insurance. Those charges will be added at shipment (approximately 12-15%). We may, at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased . Acceptable forms of payment are personal check, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards. All custom orders require at least partial pre-payment before its manufacture is begun.
A product can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days after delivery--if its condition is EXACTLY the same as it was when it was shipped. Call me for return instructions. Any return MUST be insured against loss or damage in return shipment. Those return shipment costs are not refundable by Winchester Woodworks. Custom orders may or may not be returnable for refund or exchange, depending on the nature of the order. Call me to discuss specifics.
Winchester Woodworks’ products are warranted for 2 years, if all instructions for cleaning and care are followed by the owner. With normal care, our products should last indefinitely. If damage does occur, such as breakage from dropping or separation of wood segments, in that time period, I will repair or replace the product. (Owner would pay all shipping, handling, and insurance charges.) If warranty had expired, and repair would be needed, I will offer a quote for repair costs. (Owner would pay all shipping, handling, and insurance charges.)
